Your Direction is our FREE 5-session online course for young people aged 12–17 & 18-30, created by Restored Lives in partnership with Spurgeons.
It helps young people understand and process conflict at home or their parents’ breakup and develop the tools and skills they need to recover and find their voice.
By referring your clients, you connect them to effective, proven support that improves children’s wellbeing, builds resilience, and promotes positive family relationships.

You can help them access the targeted support they really need. Our workshops help young people to:
- Process what’s happening
- Build resilience
- Learn life skills
